Summary of Position:

Own the commercial success of VibVue and related camera-based solutions, including TrakVue, a camera-based solution for vibration and motion analysis. The Product Manager develops product positioning, customer use cases, sales channels, and a recurring VibVue as a Service model. The role combines direct business development with product strategy: you will sell and demonstrate the product yourself, build a reseller and channel network, turn customer feedback into product priorities, and coordinate technical, software, and support teams to deliver reliable customer experience from first demo through renewal.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Growth and Channel Development

  • Define target markets, use cases, account plans, pricing recommendations, and quarterlypriorities for product sales, rentals, subscriptions, and service-based deployments.
  • Lead qualified customer and partner opportunities through discovery, demonstration,proposal, negotiation support, and close, working with account owners.
  • Recruit, onboard, enable, and review resellers and channel partners, and keep visibilityinto their activity, pipeline, and results.
  • Work with MSI and UPS sellers to create follow-on engineering, diagnostic, and field-service work when a VibVue engagement uncovers a customer’s need.

Product Strategy and Customer Adoption

  • Gather customer, reseller, field, and support feedback; prioritize product requirements;and recommend roadmap trade-offs to technical and software owners.
  • Define the commercial model and customer experience for VibVue as a Service,including monitoring, analysis, reporting, subscription, and renewal workflows.
  • Coordinate launches, demonstrations, training, documentation, and onboarding withEngineering, IT, and Marketing.
  • Make sure every commercial promise and proposed feature gets technical and deliveryreview before it is committed to a customer.

Business Performance and Coordination

  • Track pipeline, bookings, recognized revenue, channel contribution, renewals, pricing,and service pull-through for both product and recurring services.
  • Monitor product economics and support burden, and recommend changes to packaging,pricing, or channel approach.
  • Work with the Business Operations Coordinator on kit availability, purchasing, shipment, inventory records, and order status, while keeping responsibility for customer commitments and product priorities.
  • Work with Finance and designated compliance owners to maintain the product records needed for export obligations and applicable royalties. Escalate issues rather than making legal or compliance determinations on your own.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience with vibration, video-based motion analysis, motion magnification, reliability, rotating equipment, or industrial diagnostics.
  • Experience with subscriptions, recurring services, reseller agreements, or product launches.
  • Engineering or other technical degree, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in product management, technical business development, or commercial leadership for industrial hardware, software, or technology-enabled services.
  • Ability to sell and demonstrate technical products and build a qualified pipeline through both direct and partner channels.
  • Experience translating customer needs into actionable products and service requirements.
  • Strong commercial analysis, written communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and maintain clear ownership of customers follow-through.

Measures of Success:

  • Growth in VibVue and TrakVue bookings and revenue, including recurring services and renewals.
  • Productive partner-sourced opportunities and revenue.
  • Documented MSI and UPS service pull-through from product engagements.
  • Improved adoption, customer onboarding, product-market fit, and economic visibility.
