JOB DESCRIPTION:
Disassemble, clean, and inspect rotating equipment with the use of hand tools and precision measurement tools.
Complete inspection forms accurately and in a timely manner utilizing basic understanding of rotating equipment operation and function.
Create an accurate workscope and BOM.
Conduct repairs on rotating equipment to increase reliability for our customers.
Build and assemble multiple types of pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment.
Perform emergency field service repairs on pumps and gearboxes.
Communicating with team members to ensure efficient and productive workflow.
Following established procedures and industry best practices

Physical Requirements
Safely lift 50 pounds consistently
Climb ladders, stairs, and scaffolding.
Squat, kneel and move self into various positions, including tight and confined spaces.
Have manual dexterity, grasping, pinching, pulling, and pushing.
Be exposed to inclement weather, such as high and low temperatures and high humidity.
Exposure to noisy environment
Walk and stand for extended periods.
Skills
Read machine and assembly drawings.
Make drawings by hand as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
10 years of experience with rotating equipment repair
5 years of experience with multistage between bearings pump repair (i.e., BB2 and BB3)
Pass a background check upon employment offer Possess a current TWIC card or can acquire one
Availability for weekday and weekend overtime opportunities
Industry certifications and acknowledgements will be taken into consideration
