🚨 We’re Hiring! Revenue Operations Manager – Deer Park, Texas 🚨

Universal Plant Services is looking to hire a Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team.

This leadership role will support Sales & Marketing by driving CRM strategy, forecasting, KPI reporting, pipeline management, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Finance, and Business Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage CRM strategy, optimization, and reporting processes
• Develop and maintain sales forecasting and revenue reporting tools
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and sales performance metrics
• Support sales enablement initiatives and process improvements
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Business Systems teams
• Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency
• Improve reporting accuracy and streamline workflows across departments
• Assist leadership with strategic planning and revenue operations initiatives

We’re looking for a strong, data-driven leader with experience in:
• Sales Operations and Revenue Operations
• CRM Management and Optimization
• Forecasting and Pipeline Management
• KPI Reporting and Data Analytics
• Process Improvement and Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Industrial or service-based environments preferred
