Universal Plant Services Acquires NRG Engine Services

UPS announced today it has acquired the assets of the Engine Services business unit of NRG, which supplies parts and services for large-bore engines and natural gas reciprocating compressors.

This transaction further strengthens the portfolio of UPS Midstream Services with geographic expansion into the Northeast and advances their position in the Gulf Coast region with the addition of 50 new employees and two locations in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and Scott, Louisiana.
