I&E Lead Planner

Universal Plant Services is in search of an I&E Lead Planner for upcoming work in New Mexico. Must have extensive experience with heavy electrical planning of up to 15Kv. This position is expected to last at least 12 months with per diem paid 7 days. An Admin Assistant position will be considered for traveling teams. Admin Asst. must have SAP, Office, and document control experience. Both positions will be working 6-10’s.
ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan for the safe and efficient execution of work orders.
- Work directly with Reliability Engineer.
- Reviewing all one-line drawings throughout the facility.
- Knowledgeable with field estimating activities to develop repair scope.
- Create accurate labor estimates, material cost estimates, and duration of jobs.
- Ability to redline and markup drawings using PDF editing software to identify scope.
- Experienced at tracking all facets of scope development electronically
- Develops accurate job plans for repetitive routine repair I/E work and preventive maintenance work
- Self-motivated, organized, ability to communicate with all levels of management
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- This position requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, and SAP
- Minimum of 5 years of I&E experience in industrial construction
- Minimum of 3 years experience with I&E Planning.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to pass drug screen.
- Must be able to pass background check.
- Must have a valid TWIC card.
- Must be able to pass a physical and PFT/FIT test.
- Must have above average leadership abilities and be able to lead by example.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must have transportation to and from job site.
